Vandoorne and Hughes move to Maserati for FE Season 11

30/07/2024 at 17:0730/07/2024 at 16:49 Maserati MSG Racing will field an all-new driver line-up in next year’s Formula E championship, with Stoffel Vandoorne and Jake Hughes joining the Trident marque. Vandoorne, who clinched the all-electric series’ Season 8 title, joins Maserati from DS Penske while Hughes heads to the team after a two-year tenure with McLaren. The duo, whose contracts are expected to extend until the start of the serie’s Gen4 era in 2026, replaces Maximilian Guenther and Jehan Daruvala, whose departures from the team were confirmed last week.
