FIA: Alpine and Honda in procedural breach of F1 Cost Cap
All 10 Formula 1 teams complied with the cost cap for the second year in a row in 2023 but procedural breaches were identified for engine makers Alpine and Honda, the governing (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) FIA reported on Wednesday.
