He was part of severestudios.com; chased tornadoes etc. Had been on The Weather Channel in the U.S. for coverage of severe weather. Fan of underdog drivers in NASCAR, didn't take it too seriously, fit right in with the group of guys I stay in touch with now that the forum's been disbanded. Killed by a drunk driver Sunday.
