3 Films You Should All Watch

Recommended Posts

The closest 'religion' you could say that gets anywhere near what I am trying to say is Wiccan (less the spells, etc). But I refuse to acknowledge it as a religion, its a belief.

Never heard of it. Must be rubbish!

Which language? I would like to see that movie.

It's in Arabic, with French in places, so it was subtitled for us. I think it's a nice film - a more thoughtful than usual rom com I suppose.

All religions are a big con, sure, they're just useful for some things (as Hume said). But most of them need a revision already, they were thought for the good of people who lived centuries ago and all they do right now is cause conflicts. Well, they always have caused them because of people believing blindly and wanting to prevail over other religions, but nowadays even their rules are conflictive, and that's what has put us off religion so badly.

I also think that the people who think "there is something else" generally just fear death (that's perfectly fine though, it's exactly my case). I can tell myself that I'm just scared of the nothingness after life, but thinking of death gets me down so I just go on believing I might reincarnate someday :)

 I'll never kill a spider again. I'd probably be reincarnated as a born again Christian. It'd be fun to argue with everyone and tell them they're going to rot in hell.

Towers such as WTC1 and 2 would not implode and collapse like that in 8 seconds by structural damage. Why were their parts of the steel frame that were cut perfectly diagonally, why was there moltan steel, why were there explosions in the basement levels before either plane hit? Why were no bodies ever taken from the aircraft, and yet a passport of one of the hijackers be so perfect in condition be on the street? Why did WTC7 collapse, and why did it too collapse as any tower collapse's in a controlled explosion with minimal damage to buildings around it, and why did the BBC report it had collapsed 5 minutes before it actually did? There are too many questions, and too few answers.

Pentagon wise, how could such a huge plane be piloted with such precision as to crash at that particular spot, and yet the grounds be undamaged, and just bits of fuselidge on the ground, where were the wings or the engines, or the marks on the side of the Pentagon where the wings would have hit it? Why has there yet to still be footage from the numerous security cameras to be presented to the Public, and why was d#ck Cheney already in a Bunker a long time before they 'realised' a plane was heading for the Pentagon. Why also was on that very same day, they were holding war games, with the very same scenario!? Coincidences I think not! It was never Al Qaeda. It was an inside job!

You are sad Ben..................................

3 films you should watch,

Deep Throat

Debbie does Dallas

Behind the Green Door

Hey Bruce, there are those that say 'Behind The Green Door' has become a classic film in its own right (as opposed to purely porn). I'll probl'y watch it another few times before I confirm its cult status :P

And why is that? Because I am not towing the line and thinking laterally? I'll take this as a compliment!

I don't fear death. I've died once before but thats a long story. From what I 'remember' about the actual experience, was... nothing. Emptiness, motionless. A vacuum of space. But it felt as if something was taken from my memory.

Its probably psychological, but you know when you can't shake the feeling off.....

Never heard of it. Must be rubbish!

i dunno much bout wicca, but when the harry potter thing began, it became somehow a trend here within the teenager girls cus of the spells hehe

i wikied it. my view is that it's like some hobby you invent you u dont have anything better to do. *sorry*

Wicca is a pagan religion with distinctive ritual forms, seasonal observances and religious, magical[5] and ethical precepts. Wiccans practise a form of witchcraft, but not all witches are Wiccans

It's because The Force is strong within you GR ;)

I was really interested to hear you say (only because it's extremely rare to hear this on here...)

I'm not an athiest, and I believe that there is 'something' there. But I don't give it a name, or I don't have a visual in my head of it. I respect peoples beliefs whether you are christian, muslim, buddhist, satanist, etc. I try to harm no-one, and try to look after the environment in which I affect, try to make sure I do by people as they do by me.

The closest 'religion' you could say that gets anywhere near what I am trying to say is Wiccan (less the spells, etc). But I refuse to acknowledge it as a religion, its a belief.

...Wiccan, Pagan, Buddhism, and in particular the Great Spirit of the American Indians all contain great ways to live out life (as you say, as a belief, not religion). I'm happy with them because there's nothing fearful or spiteful (which most religions have), just 'guidelines' for a peaceful and rewarding life.

Thank you, sir Jedi!

Kati, there is no reason for you to be sorry. Thats your opinion, and I respect that!

But yes, Medalloni - I think that is what I was trying to say...

Endgame, you realise how evil men and women with power truly are

Loose Change, you realise how evil a certain government is to kill thousands of their own people to justify an illegal war

Zeitgeist, you realise how religion is used to control people, as is provoking fear in people by using the term "terrorism"

I see, Murray was right.

3 films you should watch,

Deep Throat

Debbie does Dallas

Behind the Green Door

Murray never heard of them. :eusa_think:

So more profits for those in the oil game, like, oh, George W..... :P

No- I'm talking about per-barrel price from OPEC.

And why is that? Because I am not towing the line and thinking laterally? I'll take this as a compliment!

On the contrary- you're merely repeating someone else's thoughts because you watched a video that told you what to believe.

And your listening to a government that has since signed away all the american peoples rights in the name of Terrorism, who have told you what to believe!

Ok, here are 3 VERY good films you should all watch, all 3 are about 2 hours long, all 3 can also be watched for free on google video.

They are...

Loose Change

Endgame

Zeitgeist

They will provoke some good debate once you watch them, and if you love your conspiracy theories then you will love them!

Once watched discuss your thoughts here!

Zeitgeist...I've watched about 10 minutes of it and what a load lot of bullcrap.... There's many dubious points being made for instance.....The Lord Jesus was never born on the 25th of December etc etc...
