'No choice' on radical F1 changes

''...the FIA can do whatever it wants''

Max Mosley has denied claims that his rule-changes are up for discussion.

The FIA president said radical reforms like the end of traction control and semi-automatic gearboxes will happen whether the current teams like it or not.

From 1 January 2008, the current Concorde Agreement is no longer in force.

'So the FIA can do whatever it wants,' said Mosley in Imola. 'People just have to decide whether they want to enter the 2008 championship.'

It had been expected that a meeting in Monaco in early May would uncover if all of the sport's ten team principals would unanimously vote for the changes.

Apparently all teams are in favour except McLaren, why am I not surprised??!! :? Also, the GPWC seems to be nothing then the threat it was, they got busted for apparently giving too much $$$ to the big teams and significantly less to the small teams.
