By the way, yes, Márquez is going to be in Moto2 next year, at least if everything goes well for him.

The generation change all depends on whether VR can sort his shoulder (fitness) out during the off season, other than that the speed and racing brain is still functioning well.

Congrats to Lorenzo on a record season, next year will be fun with the rider changes.

To be honest, I'm not sure it is up to Rossi any more.

Both Stoner and Lorenzo have had to develop their own bikes for their own peculiar reasons and both had done it to win a championship each. Pedrosa is behind expectations, true, but always strong. The rest of the young lads are quite able and none are prone to be victims of Rossi's (imo, infantile) mind games.

I see the generation change the way generation changes take place, namely, in an unwanted, unrequited manner. The young brutes cannot be kept down any longer. The old giants ain't fit to... fvck, in many cases, they are not even fit to find a ride for next season.
