So. I know I'll be tuning in. Will you?

Unfortunately, the great Steve Plater will not be racing in this 37 mile lap race. He broke his wrist and neck in the Ireland NW races a couple of weeks ago but didn't realise he broke it until he went back the docs!

So, I'll tune in tomorrow, excitedly. Secretly dreaming that one day I'll get to have a go or if not, go and watch it.

After all, this is biker paradise.

Wonder how John McGuinness is going to do this year. I can't wait for the first Superbike race. Woohoo!

I heard of this just one year ago, and it does sound like the real deal. No place to watch it though >.<

Thanks for this post, S. Knowing as little as I do about contemporary motorcycle racing I wasn't even certain this incredible event still took place (or had gone the way of the Targa Florio). I will search my cable schedule although I fear, like Tanita, that coverage will be minimal or non-existent.
