Quiet One 15 Report post Posted February 10, 2011 Hey, nobody laughs at the Boss! The guy would usually get involved into one or two horrific accidents every race weekend (mostly due to his ballsyness) but on his defense you could say that he usually walked away from the wreck (while everybody was still amazed that anybody survived that crash as much as how stupid could someone be to cause it in the first place) ask for the muletto and get back on track totally unfazed and ready to cause the next horrific crash in no time. Should get the seat.

HandyNZL 1 Report post Posted February 12, 2011 OMG!!! Heidfeld topping lap times!!! It has to mean something. WDC? Yes it does. And he won't be asked to step aside if he is in contention or on top of the points when/if Robert returns. He may have chucked it all away for a "fix".... LabradoRacer 2 Report post Posted February 13, 2011 Jerez, Day 4, Times @ 11 am: 1. Barrichello Williams 1:19.832m 2. Kobayashi Sauber 1:20.601m 3. Alonso Ferrari 1:21.074m 4. Buemi Toro Rosso 1:21.682m 5. Senna Renault 1:21.990m ...6. Vettel Red Bull 1:22.222m 7. Rosberg Mercedes 1:22.773m 8. D'Ambrosio Virgin 1:22.985m 9. Di Resta Force India 1:23.444m 10. Button McLaren 1:23.602m 11. Kovalainen Lotus 1:24.023m Nice surprise to see Sauber up there yet again. And from where did Williams come up with a 19-seconder? Bummer to see Schumi lose the #1 timing. Ferrari continues to be solid. It's Alonso's 3rd day on the trot? No even-steven testing duties between him & Massa? Seems Rosie's not taken a shine to W02. Macca....seems more like Macaca.
JHS 1 Report post Posted February 13, 2011 http://www.crash.net...tm_campaign=rss Wishful thinking. I find it funny that it is journos talking up his chances when he's the one saying that he's slightly concerned the car might not be good enough.
LabradoRacer 2 Report post Posted February 13, 2011 Wishful thinking. I find it funny that it is journos talking up his chances when he's the one saying that he's slightly concerned the car might not be good enough. Maybe. But I'm still clinging on to a blind, fanboy-ist and irrational belief that this is Schumi's year. Even if the car's not that good 'nuff, it does seem Schumi's handling it better than Rosie. Perhaps, a quick lap in quali + stubborn defence + Tilke tracks ought to give Schumi a few podiums. Ah, let's see.

Ah, let's see. Yeah, as I say, I'd love to see him do well too. I'm just trying to be realistic. Things look better than they did at the first test, but we'll have to wait and see a while yet to determine whether the car's good enough or not.

Quiet One 15 Report post Posted February 13, 2011 Clearly: Barrichello is the new WDC and Williams is unbeatable. Bruno Senna is the new Ayrton. Button can only challenge the Virgins and the like, and Schumi (who yesterday said that he was sligtly concerned about Merc's pace) is a first class whinger. Clearly.
