F1's a cut-throat competition & loopholes are meant to be exploited. RBR too does with its "moving" wings. Edit: Seems I am wrong. I missed out on this part in the article: Last year, the wording of the in-season testing ban was improved to explicitly rule out the testing of new components for the few filming days permitted for each team. In this case, yes, Ferrari did break rules. I guess they'll wriggle out of it by making infinitesimal changes to the new components used during the filming & then claim that they aren't using the components from Fiorano.
