webber 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2004 Montoya out with neck injury? Montoya spun during the French GP Juan Pablo Montoya is in doubt for the weekend's British GP. The Colombian might only have aggravated a neck and shoulder injury, sustained in a high-speed practice crash, over 70-laps at the Magny-Cours track on Sunday. He flew direct to London for a specialists' visit. BMW-Williams is already using official 'reserve' Marc Gene as Ralf Schumacher is nursing two broken back bones after an horror 190mph crash at Indianapolis. A source said Montoya will miss the 'F1 Comes to Regent Street' parade. He left Magny-Cours with a neck packed in ice. ''I didn't expect the pain to become so sharp in the race,'' the 28-year-old said in a statement. ''I could barely hold my head up in the end.'' well if JPM is out williams will most likely have to use AP and Gene unless thay use JV or maby ge someone in

hollywood2003 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2004 I agree, but looking at the next 3 or 4 races who will they be using? Will they try out their 2005 line up or it could be a great time to race test some hopefuls.
