HandyNZL 1 Report post Posted February 5, 2013 Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No... It's a platypus with wings..... I am going to have to retract my earlier comment comparing the RBR nose with Alain Prost's nose. Clearly I was wrong. Prost's nose is considerably more beautiful. HandyNZL 1 Report post Posted February 5, 2013 Having now seen all the times for the first days running, I feel it only responsible of all teams bar McLaren to duly give up on thinking that they will get anywhere near winning the WCChampionship and the WDChampionship. Nearly a second a lap faster...ha! Eat McLaren rubber, you fools!!! (Oh OK..Pirelli rubber) Off to place my one meallion dollar bet....
The Shadow 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2013 So I guess no changes... McLaren fastest but fragile Red Bull 2nd fastest with el numero 2 at the wheel Lotus promising a lot, then getting lost Sauber, interesting- then falls to anonymity Williams- last years supper, spicy pasta

McLaren fastest but fragile Red Bull 2nd fastest with el numero 2 at the wheel Lotus promising a lot, then getting lost Sauber, interesting- then falls to anonymity Williams- last years supper, spicy pasta How did you come to the conclusion that Lotus got lost? Also remember that Grosjean's time was set on the harder tyres, whilst Button and Webbo on the medium... Low fuel or not, the times that Button in the Mclaren set was amazing, even for the first day, they just need to sort the reliability issues going forward... I got a feeling that Merc will also be very fast...

HandyNZL 1 Report post Posted February 6, 2013 Where the plop do you get McLaren = fragile? The fuel pump had a fault...it wasn't the chassis breaking in two. Fuel pumps fail, no big deal. The only thing that can conclusively be drawn from the first day of testing is that Button will be WDChampion......the rest is just mere details....
