Come on dude he raced and beat Raikkonen and Alonso in his very first year in F1, it wasn't handed to him he got within 1 point through his own skill! I like and respect the guy. What could happen to Ric is years of victories with car good for winning WDC without winning it.That would be a shame. To have no expereince in f1 let alone experience fighting for a title and to top it all of, against the best driver f1 had and still has, was incredible, if he went up on that rate of success, he could have easily tuned out to be the best ever. In the races that both JEV & Dan finished in 2013, Dan finished ahead of JEV 6 times and JEV finished ahead of Dan 5 times, so it wasn't that much of a trouncing. Vergne also was suppose to the the "sh17" to over in Europe and was expected to smash dan.
