Sakae 0 Report post Posted March 31, 2016 Deplorable as it is, I still believe that deviant behavior is a human condition to which we do not fully understand, we do not recognize it early enough in terms of proactive prevention, we do not know how to treat it, so we punish it, which is fair enough, inadequate as it may be, since crimes of this type continue, yet this should serve as warning that more research is needed in lieu perhaps of making more guns or prisons.
