Emmcee 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2017 Yeah well, when you singly support a whole team, I think your entitled to speak your mind.

Sakae 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2017 12 September 2017 12:57 (CEST) Why are we here? Rhetorical question with known answer to the quester. It's a gap we are fighting, trying to overcome, and we know it is a loosing proposition. Haas has experienced rude awakening, that getting involved in this sand-box was huge, and costly mistake. Under normal conditions his drivers will never win, because his team is not good enough to win. Harsh, but unfortunately true. It's not just money team must have in unlimited amounts any time on demand, but all factors have to come together in properly synchronized fashion; resources, ideas, know-how, dedication, luck, and so on, and so on. Toyota, just as Honda threw tonnes of money on these projects, and it did not work. Something was lacking. Lesson learnt - F1 is not for everyone, and unless you do your due diligence properly before you jump and find that all targets and factors are at the top levels, than better give up and forget it. Go fishing instead.
