Honda came 1 year later than everybody else

Recommended Posts

I AM  sick of people using this excuse, in an attempt to defend Honda.
Ok so they are a year behind everybody else.
But they HAVE had 2/3 years already.
What had the other PU manufacturers achieved in the 2/3 year period - a LOT more
than Honda have.
Looking back, how many DNF`s did Renault, Ferrari,  Mercedes ... HAVE

You CAN compare the other manufacturers` progress.

Honda are the ONLY 1s getting DNF`s

It IS NOT, a Honda hate thread.I AM a Mclaren FAN
Honda. delivered the last time with McLaren, with Ayrton & Alain
But F1 HAS changed and the lawnmowers R NOT deliverin
They have nowhere 2 hide - they R just NOT up 2 it
I HOPE they work it out. And WHEN they DO - They DOM INATE like Mercedes are currently.
That said, Williams powered by Mercedes are not blowing the field away - more like
blowin out their ar$e
When Sauber become a Honda customer, the Honda PU development WILL accelerate

Well, it is truly mystifying why Honda is doing so bad. They came in a year later than everyone else and could observe what worked and what did not work, have had three years to work on the engine, and I gather don't have a budget issue. Yet......this engine is still a boat anchor.

It is not the first time that a large company has failed in F1, but it always gets my attention when they do. The question is.....why are they failing so miserably and have not been able to correct it? I have no idea.
