On a second point, nostalgia is fine, but not very helpful MO. Today in McLaren very few - if any - warm bodies are left from glory yesteryears. They are all new people working there, just a name on the door has been preserved. (Talk to Williams about it.) Point is, it is not going to be a cake walk for them, namesake or not.
