Senna 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2005 JB will be in Top-5, imho. That sounds plausible
Jenson_Rules 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2005 he will finish 5th at best if both mclarens and both renaults finish the race!
Kay 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2005 It depends if Button doesn't have the pace again, he is in a position now where he could lose to a lot of cars if that is so.

MontoyaFan-HatesJenson 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 Another BAD performance from JB. I just can't see, with any reasonableness, what's so good about him? He's barely looked like winning a race yet, let alone anything else.
Kay 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 It was not a bad performance from him this time, it was bad luck with the SC.
Jenson_Rules 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 oh shut the **** up! His race was in pieces, but it wasnt his fault in the slightest! Yet another inocent victim of the safety car along with DC!!
MontoyaFan-HatesJenson 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 Fair enough in THIS race - but I'm talking about the whole season here. He qualifies high up a lot of the time, then falls away on race day...it can't ALL be bad luck...
Kay 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 He doesn't always fall back, just you remember those times because if you don't like a driver you remember the bad stuff and vice versa.
Jenson_Rules 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 indeed! And he falls back because his car is much better in quali than in the races, it seems to just become a handful after the first stint
MontoyaFan-HatesJenson 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 No, I know, again not in every race, but when you qualify on the front row you would expect to fight to win...instead hes just dropped back. Hell, in one race, I forget which, he quali'd 2nd, dropped to 3rd, while JPM went from 20th to 2nd!
Kay 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 That is called being in two different cars.
MontoyaFan-HatesJenson 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 Come on you're not telling me 2 different cars means one person can move up 18 places and one back one? Hell, the McLaren and BAR aren't THAT different.

ykickamoocow 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 oh shut the **** up! His race was in pieces, but it wasnt his fault in the slightest! Yet another inocent victim of the safety car along with DC!! I agree. Button and Coulthard both got the raw end of the stick that race. DC should have finished infront of Webber. A interesting day for Red Bull, one car benifited by the safety cars while the other one suffered. For DC and JB it was just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sato 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 Webber wasn't exactly helped out by it. He ended up stuck behind Barrichello which pushed him back to 7th, when im confident he'd of finished atleast 6th without it.... damn Toyota and ferraris slowing him up all race. Jenson_Rules 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 Actually it beat a car that wasnt any faster if not slower! I dont think you realise but all cars are quicker at different tracks!
