He'll be fine before the premiership starts up again. In portugal 04 we beat them really, cos we scored a disallowed goal, and on seeing the replays it turned out that it had been wrongly disallowed - so we can win without rooney! we also played 1 or 2 qualifiers with out him and were ok. He is a massive boost to any team but england are still very strong without him so it would be wrong to write us off just cos of 1 player out. We've still got another top class striker in michael owen
