cavallino 2 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 This should be interesting, the pieces of the puzzle are still to fall in. Stick your neck out. I'll tally things later and see who has read the situation the best. The names in red are sealed contracts. Do not change them. (Trulli is a contentious issue, I consider it a sealed contract if it appears on autosport, otherwise there would be no point to the little game). So the only way you get points there is if you choose anyone but Trulli and turn out to be right. Quote my post below and use it as a template. PS: Feel free to make changes based on rumours, but if an official appointment is announced, put it in red if you decide to make changes after that. You can edit unconfirmed (non red) drivers' picks, until the day they are confirmed.

Autumnpuma 0 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 Good idea, Cav, but Kay's thread seems to be a place to post quotes, rumors, etc. that would modify her list...not sure if a prediction would go there... ...I'll post mine here first then if the mods or Kay would prefer it go somewhere else, I'll post there as well. This is a good 'competition' of sorts and I'm curious to see what people are thinking about the whole grid, not just their favorite driver/team.

cavallino 2 Report post Posted June 23, 2006 (Cav, he should be in red, don't you think?) Although it can be taken from granted, I don't think we have official word / a quote from Aguri saying that, let me know if you find one. That's some response to my great idea

Kay 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2006 Sorry guys but I am yet to find any articles which state the length of Sato's contract, normally they say in the press release, but seems Super Aguri didn't. I'll keep an eye out though.

Kay 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2006 That was my recollection too, we never actually ever had an official 'Sato will drive for us' announcement. It was taken for granted by everyone. They had a small press release but nothing like most teams, who usually also say how many years and what they'll bring to the team etc etc. Then again they probably didn't have the time to write it all out, being in such a rush to get the team together. Bah!!On Sato: since the team was effectively formed around him, I assume his seat is secure.... Red is for confirmed though.
