Rate The Drivers - 2006

This concept has been used on a few forums over the years but thought I'd start it running here too, it compares from season to season how a driver goes up and down in the fans eyes as well as telling you which driver has the most support here.

Rate the drivers by how much you like (or dislike) them. 25 being the one you like the most and 1 being the one you dislike the most etc, no number can be used twice. I'll post the overall results in a week or two.

Is there anyone here who supports and likes a driver who they think is slow? What is the purpose of a poll that rates a driver on what sort of person he is as opposed to one that rates how good he is?

I do support Liuzzi which can't be acussed of being fast! I just like his quiet, yet effective way of driving those darn STR's home in more races that I would have thought possible at first.

Not sure what purpose this poll has but is fun, nonetheless.

To find out which drivers are supported most and therefore the forum is more biased towards? Also to see how seasons effect peoples judgement, e.g. Massa has gone up a lot this season, but thats not necessarily because he had no talent before. Ability is always questioned and everyone almost always agrees on the top few drivers.

Not pointless, it is done on many forums, if you don't want to vote you know where the door is.

BTW you have to use all numbers 1-25, if you use a repeat number then they won't count.

Kay, would this be an attempt to pigeon-hole a person in future posts? Take a person's criticism of Rosberg...if that person voted Rosberg low in this 'list' would someone then post that and claim 'you are biased against Rosberg, see!'. It seems that's a bad way to counter any potential argument against a driver...

It's used on many forums, Cav knows it from before as does Sato. It isn't used to attack people personally, but it is interesting to see who is liked more in the long term basis - ie how much a season impacts our impressions on people. And a bit of fun in the off season when there isn't much going on.
