I think he had in mind Oscar Galvez, as Jose's actual last name is Froilan Gonzalez.

Actually i had in mind that Jose has twice-first-name like Fangio and Montoya.

Do you sure Jose has instead twice-last-name ?

And by the way except well-known JFG (ARG) it was another less-known pilot Oscar Gonzalez (Uruguay).

And full name of Galvez (ARG) is Oscar Alfredo = OAG.

Frankly, I am not sure at all if Froilan is his second name or his last name! My fellow countryman, Argento, might help me with this I hope! (this is embarrassing)

As for Galvez, you are right (Oscar Alfredo Galvez, and it's also the name of the Argentine former F1 track) In this case, I am sure that both Oscar and Alfredo are his names and Galvez his last name! :D

As for "I" drivers, two rather easy ones come to mind...well...not two but one and a half

Easy: 4th Jacky (BEL) + hard or tricky: 5th Chris (GBR) or maybe Jesus (ARG) ? And easy again: 6th Yuji (JPN).

Jacky and Yuji you can find in my previous post.

Jesus mus be Jesus Iglesias! Wow...no one would recall that guy! Yes he was from Argentina and raced for the Gordini team. Know nothing about him, though...will google him up right now.

I can think of only two:

Alan Jones

And a finn with an unspellable name...Jirky Jarviletho...or something like that...

Yep. I started my message a bit earlier and just finished it 4m later than you. Jesus Iglesias - right.

Jesus started just once: 1955-01-16 GP ARG 17th grid * Retired - Tramsmis. And bonus is: Chris Irwin (GBR) has 10 starts and 2 pts.

1st * Alan Jones (AUS)

-2nd * Jyrki Jarvilehto Lehto (just amazing echo) FIN - And so his Lastname is "L"ehto !

+2nd * Stefan (SWE)

3+4 * Jean Pierre + Jean Pierre

5th * Dunno - is a diehard to know.

Jean Pierre Jabouille! One of my first F1 idols! (and a Renault driver!) How could I ever forget about him??? :dam:

Kup, if i recall correctly, Jarvilehto was his last name and J J Lehto his nickname. I am not sure, though, I was too focused on Prost-Senna those days...

Oke. I have deeps stats of JJL names: (as i said above: amazing echo)

Jyrki * first

Jarvilehto * middle (maybe like Manuel for Fangio and Pablo for Montoya)

Lehto * last

And just all mass-media stated: JJ Lehto as above full version is too amazing for all.
