I Cant Get To My Car

Recommended Posts

Im officially trapped on my property as i cant get to my car as i just saw a Eastern Brown Snake slither into a bush about 2 metres from the garage where i keep it. If anyone doesnt know the Eastern Brown Snake is the 2nd most venomous snake in the world (can kill a man in 15 minutes) and is highly agressive. What the hell am i going to do :eusa_think::unsure:

quit whining and be a man

So how often do you approach highly venomous snakes? I dont have a problem with Black Snakes and Red Belly Black Snakes (both are venomous) but both dont have very strong venom and both arnt overally aggressive.

im just messin with you. we don't have any highly venomous snakes around here. but seriously it can't be that difficult to get into the garage even with the snake there.

In Sudafrica use to train dogs to kill the equally mortal "Cape Cobra" ... so teach your dog or better show the snake a pic of your wife/girlfriend. It always works!

I'd run the gauntlet. But have the NSW Ambo Serice number ready for speed dial in your phone just in case. Good luck mate :(

Ring up Ste.. oh wait he's dead. Erm, ring the local animal authority & see if they believe you!

I did but unfortunately they are only willing to come up if i knew exactly where the Snake is right now. I only know that it slithered into a bush and unfortunately do not know exactly where it is. I really do think that the dumbest law in Australian history was the one past where it is illegal to kill Brown Snakes. If i want to club it to death with a brick that should be my right :D

Just in case, tell some of your relatives they must inform the forum if the snake...you know..."win" You have got the feeling: the worst for us is wondering what happened with some members...

And we moan about some of the rules/regulations in F1!

Anyway, just a thought here, ykick, but can't you say the snake is 'make up location of choice' and when they arrive say 'the little bugger has moved you've taken that long to get here'. Or do they want an address the snake has resided at for at least the past 3yrs for the location?

Good lord! She thinks you may be poisoned and invites you to move in with her!

Er, yeah, Katy. Actually, i am currently surrounded by a group of damn angry and poisonous fanged tarantulas. Not to mention all the scorpions in my house. Can i move in with you too?
