Lewis Hamilton, four-time F1 World Champion has a chance to win his fifth World Championship this weekend in Austin. For his success, he is one of the leading sporting celebrities across the globe. In a big interview with ESPN, the Brit claims he never wanted the fame which follows him everywhere.

Born in Stevenage, Hamilton always idolised Ayrton Senna. The Mercedes driver followed Senna for his racing style, rather than the fame which followed him.

Hamilton, who now has a fashion brand, insisted he just wanted to race.

"It is interesting to see how much people want to be famous. For me, it was never a thought to be famous, because I just wanted to race. I saw Senna as a driver, but I never looked at him as a famous person," Hamilton said.
