Haas reveals tweaked livery after Rich Energy split

Haas has teased what its new livery will look like following its split from Rich Energy ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix.

The US Formula 1 team ended its title partnership with Rich Energy with immediate effect following the Italian Grand Prix, having become Haas' first-ever title sponsor ahead of the 2019 season.

The news followed directly after last weekend's 13th round of the season at Monza and came amid an uncertain future between the two parties after Rich Energy became embroiled in a legal dispute over its logo with British bike company Whyte Bikes.

Ahead of July's British round, the situation escalated when a social media post from Rich Energy's official Twitter account claimed it had terminated its deal with Haas, citing “poor performance” following a difficult start to the campaign for the American squad.

On Monday the team revealed what its new livery is expected to look like when the cars are constructed at the Marina Bay Street Circuit on Thursday ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix this weekend.

Rich Energy logos will be removed from all team products including clothing, merchandise, equipment and the team’s VF-19 F1 car.
