What updates have Mercedes brought to Silverstone?

According to Italian media, Mercedes have brought a large package of updates to their W12 for the British Grand Prix.

Mercedes are confirmed as bringing updates to their W12 for this weekend's British Grand Prix, the first changes made to the car since the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix back in mid-April. While Mercedes have understandably downplayed the extent of the updates, reports suggest the upgraded W12 will actually boast quite a lot of changes to the car that was defeated badly at the two recent Austrian races. According to Italy's Gazzetta dello Sport, Mercedes will bring along an updated front wing, cape, side deflectors, a new floor and a revised diffuser. These extensive changes to their aerodynamic package are intended to help close the gap to Red Bull and Max Verstappen in both championships, with the team aiming to find more downforce and grip throughout the length of the car. However, with the teams entering parc ferme conditions on Friday afternoon due to the introduction of Sprint Qualifying this weekend, Mercedes will only have a solitary 60 minute practice session in which to conduct on-track testing of the updates.
