The weekend in Monza is going to be different than usual when it comes to liveries. Yesterday Alfa Romeo already announced a special livery for the Italian Grand Prix, and today Aston Martin also made an announcement.

The green car will drive at Monza with extra attention for James Bond. James Bond's latest film, No Time To Die, can be seen in cinemas from the end of this month. Since Aston Martin has always been a part of the James Bond films, it goes without saying that Aston Martin itself must pay attention to this.

Aston Martin puts James Bond in the spotlight

The green car will race at Monza with the logo of James Bond, 007, on the side of the cockpit instead of the Aston Martin logo, while the motorhome and hospitality units in the paddock will feature the same logos and graphics. Director of No Time To Die, Daniel Kleinman, is delighted with the attention that James Bond will receive this weekend. This he says to Motorsport.com.

"Aston Martin is part of Bond's DNA. It's a partnership that needs no explanation, so it was great to have those two worlds merge: Bond's signature logo and Aston Martin F1. I hope it will create a lot of excitement in the run-up to the film's release."

Aston Martin has recently fallen behind Alpine and AlphaTauri in the battle for fifth place in the Constructors' Championship, who continue to perform steadily. At Monza, Aston Martin will be hoping to pick up solid points with two cars once again.
