FP2: Hamilton dominates afternoon session in Istanbul

Lewis Hamilton continued to dictate the pace in the afternoon session for the Turkish Grand Prix, setting a time of 1m23.804s to top FP2. On the other hand, his championship rival Max Verstappen struggled with the balance of his RB16B and ended up only fifth fastest.
