Ferrari cancel launch event

Snowly weather in Maranello has forced Ferrari to cancel the planned launch of their 2012 car, with the unveiling of their 2012 charger to now appear online. The Maranello area has enjoyed a heavy covering of snow in recent days, and while at first it appeared that only a proposed shakedown of the car would be effected by the weather, the team have decided that it is best to change their launch plans completely. "It is still snowing heavily here in Maranello. Therefore, the launch ceremony of the new F1 car has been cancelled," the team announced on Twitter. "Pictures, interviews and technical analysis of the new car will be available tomorrow on www.ferrarif1.com."
