Shakedown for Williams
Williams confirmed to Sky Sports on Thursday that they have been performing a shakedown run of their new FW34 car ahead of its launch next week. The team headed to the Idiada proving ground outside Barcelona, with reserve driver Valtteri Bottas behind the wheel.
Now they move on to Jerez, where the Renault-powered FW34 will be officially launched on Tuesday morning prior to the start of F1's first pre-season test.
Pastor Maldonado will be joined by Bruno Senna at Williams this season, with Bottas also taking part in a number of Friday practice sessions.
