Williams launch the FW34
Sir Frank Williams hopes to bring "a truly fresh start" to Williams after the team unveiled the FW34 at Jerez on Monday. In winter filled with low-key launches, Williams merely wheeled their new challenger out of the garage at the Spanish circuit for a quick photograph opportunity.
It is the first car the Grove-based team have produced since former technical director Sam Michael departed to be replaced by new design guru Mike Coughlin.
Co-founder Patrick Head also stepped down at the end of last year and team principal Williams is confident the marque will be able to bounce back from a dismal 2011 season.
