Alguersuari hits out at RBR
Jaime Alguersuari claims he was "hurt" by Red Bull after accusing them of going back on a verbal agreement over his Toro Rosso race seat. Toro Rosso, one of two teams in Formula One owned by the drinks company, dropped the Spaniard and former team-mate Sebastien Buemi in favour of Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Vergne for the new season.
The decision took the axed duo by surprise and Alguersuari now claims that he had agreed in principal to stay at the team after the final race of the 2011 campaign.
"When Red Bull Racing told me on December 13 that I would no longer be racing for them, I said that I was not going to judge them," he said in a Q&A on his website....
