Williams forced to borrow from rivals after fire

Williams have had to borrow equipment from rival F1 teams for this weekend's Monaco Grand Prix in its battle to recover from the towering inferno that engulfed its garage following the Spanish Grand Prix a fortnight ago. The team lost 90% of its garage infrastructure alongside its entire IT equipment, but says it is fully operational for this weekend's race. Speaking in Monaco on Wednesday ahead of the beginning of track action today, chief operations engineer Mark Gillan detailed the extent of the damage caused by the fire.
