Ecclestone could fund potential London GP
Bernie Ecclestone has hinted that he may be willing to fund a London Grand Prix following a promotional event by Santander which is set to unveil a CGI video realising what such a race would look like. This comes just a week after plans surfaced for a race around the Olympic stadium and park once the London 2012 games have finished. Ecclestone fully supports the idea of a race around the capital which he believes would be more beneficial to the economy than the Olympics, even suggesting he would support it financially.
