On the front line: The invisible divide
In his latest exclusive column, former McLaren team member Marc Priestley takes a look at the invisible divide that exists within a team, something that was particularly noticeable during the 2007 season at McLaren. When a team principal comes out after a race and announces to the world that "It was a great result for the whole team", rarely is the statement 100% true.
