Ferrari eager for prompt RRA progress
Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali hopes that progress can be made on finalising a Resource Restriction Agreement deal with the FIA before the next Formula 1 race at Spa, as talks continue to secure cost-saving measures. AUTOSPORT understands that FIA president Jean Todt is making another push to try and get agreement from teams on a way for the RRA to be policed by the governing body. Efforts so far have not been successful, with Red Bull and Toro Rosso both against moves to limit chassis spending while engine expenditure is effectively left free. The FIA has already delayed the 2013 entry deadline until the end of September to try and get an RRA framework in the sporting...
