Wolff: Natural talent shines through
With paying drivers always a hot topic, Williams executive director Toto Wolff concedes they'll never get as far in F1 as one with natural talent.
Although Williams have two drivers who one could argue are in Formula One due to their financial backing, there have been signs of promise from both especially Pastor Maldonado who won this year's Spanish GP.
However, whether the Venezuelan or his team-mate Bruno Senna will ever reach the heights of World Champion remains to be seen as Wolff - although asked about himself and not his drivers - reckons at times there are things that are missing that "cannot be learned."
