Hamilton happy with MP4-27 balance

By Editor on Friday, September 21, 2012 Lewis Hamilton has said he is happy with the direction McLaren is taking in the Singapore Grand Prix. The British driver finished second practice in fifth place, although he ran wide on his flying lap. 'Our car has quite a nice balance but we still need to make some further set-up changes. It’s tough in these temperatures, especially on the long runs, but to be honest I think everyone’s struggling a bit too', he said. 'In FP2, I ran a bit wide at the final corner on my fastest lap and probably lost about half a second.
