Win or bust for Raikkonen this season
If Kimi Raikkonen doesn’t win the championship this year, he hopes to finish outside the top three in the drivers’ standings so he could skip the FIA prize-giving gala at the end of the season. The Finn is currently third in the championship, 37 points behind leader Fernando Alonso, with five races remaining. He is trailed by McLaren's Lewis Hamilton, who is just five points adrift. But the Lotus driver has firmly set his target on the title this year, although he is yet to win a Grand Prix. Anything less wouldn’t make a difference to the reserved 32-year-old.
