On The 'Fast Track' Liam Venter Seeks Next Step
Seventeen-year-old Liam Venter has set his sights on becoming Formula One’s next star. The South African, who has impressed in the Intersteps championship this year, is looking to move into Formula Renault or Formula Three in 2013.
He has the support of the Accelerate Development Driver programme, a management company that has links to several of the current Formula One teams.
An extensive winter testing programme is expected over the next few months before a decision on Venter’s next step in motorsport will be.
