Pirelli Announce Tyre Compounds for Final Races of 2012

Pirelli have announced the tyre compounds that will be allocated to teams for the final three races of 2012. For Round 18, in Abu Dhabi, where the track surface is smooth and degradation is lower, drivers will be given the PZero White (medium) tyre and the PZero Yellow (soft) tyre. At the next race, F1′s first trip to the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, the PZero Silver (hard) and White tyres will be made available, and the same compounds will be on offer to the teams at the season finale in Brazil. The compounds have already been announced for next week's Indian Grand Prix, where the Silver (hard) and Yellow (soft) tyres make their appearance.
