Kovalainen waiting on Caterham decision for 2013
Oct.26 (F1 Media) Heikki Kovalainen has admitted he is waiting on Caterham boss Tony Fernandes’ evaluation of “other options” before he’ll know his racing destination for 2013.
The Finn’s seat at the Renault-powered team has been linked to a number of other drivers including reserve driver Giedo van der Garde and Marussia’s Charles Pic. Both are believed to have budget to bring to the Leafield-based team, a situation that puts the former McLaren and Renault driver at a disadvantage.
