Prodrive eyes Cosworth bid

Cosworth's continued interest in being an F1 engine supplier could rest of the shoulders of a former team principal, but one who has been more closely linked to rallying and sportscars, after Prodrive was linked to a possible rescue bid for the US-owned grand prix stalwart.Reports in the British Times newspaper earlier this week claimed that current owners Gerry Forsythe and Kevin Kalkhoven had performed a U-turn on possible flotation plans and decided to sell off the company it bought from Ford some eight years ago.
