Button: Hamilton exit a blow to McLaren

Jenson Button has acknowledged that McLaren is the loser in Lewis Hamilton’s departure to Mercedes ahead of the 2013 F1 season. For the first time since joining the sport in 2007, Hamilton will switch teams. The move will also bring an end to a three-year stint as Button’s team-mate, with the pair being Britain’s latest World Champions. “It is a big loss but things change,” Button said in Abu Dhabi on Thursday. “You just learn to adapt and move on.
