Maldonado pleased with ‘much better’ day
Pastor Maldonado and Williams were far more content this Friday than they were one week ago, with the Venezuelan having ended his day ninth in Abu Dhabi. From the 17 races so far in 2012, the former World Champions have collected 11 points finishes. “Today was much better, as everything came together and I am happy for that,” Maldonado commented. “Our long run pace looks quick again…qualifying pace less so, but I think we are still looking good when compared to what everyone else was doing.
