Cheever Jr. to drive Ferrari F1 car on Friday
Eddie Cheever, son of the ex F1 driver and his namesake, will be testing a 2010 Ferrari F1 car on Friday. As is also the case for Riccardo Agostini, the outing comes as a prize for finishing first and second in this year’s Italian Formula 3 Championship. Also on-track at Vallelunga will be Formula 3 Euro Series title winner Daniel Juncadella. The car will be that with which Fernando Alonso narrowly missed out on the world title, when Sebastian Vettel clinched his maiden title in a tense Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
