Pacesetter Vettel aiming to stay at the top
Sebastian Vettel dominated Friday practice at the United States Grand Prix, going 1.4s quicker in FP1 and 0.7s quicker in FP2 than his nearest rival.
Vettel can clinch a third title this weekend, although his first target is simply to stay at the front.
'It was slippery this morning and a bit like driving on ice. It wasn’t so easy, but we managed to get into a rhythm. We had a bit of a problem this afternoon and so couldn’t run as much as we wanted, but we got two good runs which is important for tomorrow and Sunday'.
