Toro Rosso miss out on points in exciting race
Daniel Ricciardo was the only man at the finish for Toro Rosso as he finished 12th, having enjoyed a large number of passing manoeuvres throughout the race. Jean-Eric Vergne suffered a broken suspension halfway through the race and had to abandon.
Daniel Ricciardo, STR7-04, 12th: “I think I overtook more people in this race than in any other in my whole career! It was particularly fun at Turn 1, which became a favourite passing spot for me, especially one lap when I managed to pass two cars at once.
