Horner calm over title decider

Christian Horner says Red Bull needs to approach the title-deciding race in Brazil "like we have the previous 19". Sebastian Vettel's extended his championship lead to 13 points with second place ahead of Fernando Alonso in the United States Grand Prix, meaning he only needs to finish fourth to win the title in Brazil.
