Karthikeyan may be forced to look beyond F1
With the owners of HRT looking out for prospective buyers for the team, Narain Karthikeyan may have to consider a career in something other than Formula 1. The 35-year-old joined the Spanish squad in 2011, although he didn’t race the full season then, and has taken part in all the races this year. But doubts have emerged about his future with HRT after the latest developments. 'The plan for me was to stay with HRT for 2013 as it was looking good all along,' Karthikeyan was quoted saying by the Times of India. 'As a team we have been making progress and the design for the 2013 car is reasonably competitive. I was quite sure of everything being in place and thus there was no Plan B....
