Kristensen to be steward for championship finale
Tom Kristensen will play the role of driver steward for this weekend’s F1 finale in Brazil. The Dane is the most successful driver in the history of the Le Mans 24 Hours. Although he has never raced in F1, Kristensen came close as he tested for Minardi pre-season in 1998. Elsewhere, he has raced in DTM as well as Le Mans. In 2000, he spent a sole campaign in Britain, contesting the Touring Car Championship for Honda alongside Gabriele Tarquini and James Thompson.
